1. Center using the Centering Exercise.
2. Visualize a nice white cloud in front of you.
3. Let the cloud become a beautiful rich red color. Feel the red and breathe it in for the purpose of healing and energizing the body.
4. Visualize the color changing slowly through each of the following colors in succession: Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, and Violet. This takes many attempts for most people. Certain colors may grab your focus right away, while others may take more attempts to master.
